In 1896, a group of Jesus followers saw a need, took action, and initiated the Christian Church. In 1900, members of this same group helped raise money for and erect the first church building, dedicated on April 20th, Easter Sunday.

In the Lord’s kindness, from 1908 to 1926, the Lord added believers and space to the church, as two more additions were made. This attitude of development and stewardship carried on through from the 1930’s to the 2000’s, as improvements and updates were made to the properties.

Now in 2022, we are excited to announce the construction of new facilities to host the church’s worship & prayer, serve as a training and sending center for disciples, and as function as place of blessing to the Tonkawa community.
